Booking Conditions

The excursions, cooking classes and other initiatives offered on this site are subject to the following booking conditions.

BOOKING

It is possible to book or request availability online for the proposed tours with payment on the day of departure directly at the meeting point. For some experiences, however, payment in advance is required. The method of confirmation will be clearly indicated at check-out.

Online bookings are made by entering all the required data. The booking is considered confirmed when Amalfi Lemon Experience receives the confirmation email from Amalfi Lemon Experience. For experiences for which payment in advance is required, payment by credit card will also be requested to confirm the booking.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Please be punctual and if possible arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.

PAYMENT

Payment is made on the day of the tour, at the meeting point except for tours where advance payment is explicitly required. All prices are quoted in EURO and payment must be made in this currency.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled date of the experience. For tours without prepayment we do not charge cancellation fees but please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to participate in the experience. For experiences for which advance payment is required, late cancellation or no-show incurs a penalty equal to the full amount paid, which will not be refunded. On the other hand, cancellations within 3 days will result in a refund of the amount paid. Within 3 days from the date of arrival, subject to availability, it is also possible to change the booked date and move it to another available date.

Important notice & info

It is strongly recommended to avoid coming to Amalfi by car, especially during the high season. Parking spaces in Amalfi are very limited and our venue does not have parking. To fully enjoy your experience, choose an alternative means of transport to reach our city.
If you use Google Maps to find our company’s location, we recommend that you use the “pedestrian” option, not drive. Otherwise Google will guide you to a completely different location.

For our experiences we strongly recommend the use of comfortable shoes, preferably sports or trekking shoes.
For your safety and to comply with safety regulations, we may be forced to prevent you from participating in our tours if you wear unsuitable shoes (e.g. slippery heels or soles).
If your experience includes the lemon tour, we kindly remind you that our tours include walking sections with particularly steep stairs. Although not excessively tiring for an average trained person, we invite you to consider this aspect when booking the tour.

We love animals immensely. Precisely because our dogs roam freely on the property, we cannot allow other pets on the property in order to avoid inconvenience
