Your journey begins among the ancient terraces of our family-owned lemon grove in Amalfi, where you’ll discover the history and secrets of the famous Amalfi Coast Lemon PGI. Walk beneath the lemon trees, learn about traditional cultivation techniques and see how generations of our family have cared for this unique vertical landscape.

Then, open the doors of our home and get ready to cook with us.

During your Amalfi cooking class, our family will guide you through the preparation of traditional local recipes passed down from generation to generation. You won’t simply watch: you’ll roll up your sleeves, learn our techniques and discover the stories and little family secrets behind some of the Amalfi Coast’s most beloved dishes.

And, of course, our lemons will have a special place in the kitchen. You’ll discover how the unique aroma and flavor of the Amalfi Coast Lemon PGI can transform local recipes and become an essential ingredient in our culinary tradition.
